Please read these terms carefully before using FaithKit services

📋 Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FaithKit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FaithKit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

FaithKit provides Islamic tools and resources including but not limited to digital counters, calculators, educational content, and spiritual guidance materials. The Service is provided "as is" and FaithKit assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Service
Refers to the FaithKit website, mobile applications, tools, and all related services.
User
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
Content
All text, images, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, and all other elements available through the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FaithKit, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FaithKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Islamic Content

Islamic content including Quranic verses, Hadith, and religious texts remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used in accordance with fair use principles for educational purposes. FaithKit does not claim ownership over sacred Islamic texts.

User License

FaithKit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit content to the Service. By submitting content, you grant FaithKit a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer

The Islamic tools and calculators provided by FaithKit are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional religious guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FaithKit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FaithKit and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
